Responsibilities

 

Develop creative and engaging social media strategies 

Manage day-to-day handling of posting on socials, including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

Oversee and plan content using scheduling tools.

Develop, launch and manage competitions across all relevant platforms 

Undertake audience research and gain a strong understanding of the target audience.

Highlight and identify areas of improvement in order to increase performance.

Work with members of other departments to increase performance. 

Set clear targets to increase brand awareness, engagement & followers.

Form relationships with influencers across Instagram and TikTok.

 

Working Hours & Pay

 

You will be expected to work a minimum of 8 hours per week. This is flexible and we can decide prior to starting how you want to allocate these hours throughout the week.

 

You will be paid £9 per hour, (£72 per week)

What we’re looking for:

As a Campaign Manager, we’re looking for a proactive and motivated team member to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns. You’ll be ready to hit the ground running, manage a busy work schedule and deliver multiple projects across Instagram and TikTok. We’re looking for people who love what they do, and are driven to be part of a fast growing team with plenty of career development opportunities.

Your day to day:

  • Managing campaigns from start to finish, and working closely with each influencer to help them through the campaign if they have any questions.
  • Working with the rest of the team to find the best influencers for that campaign.
  • Able to communicate with the brand and report on the results of the campaign.
  • Using our management portal to manage the set up of the campaign, manage the influencers and authorise payments.

 Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the performance of your digital marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
  • Create engaging written and graphic content; monitor and analyse content success.
  • Maintain our social media presence across our digital channels.

What we’re looking for:

To work as an administrative assistant, directly below the company’s’ CEO’s, in order to fine tune UniTaskr’s administrative processes and the companies organisational structure as a whole. 

Your day to day responsibilities:

  • Corresponding directly with UniTaskr users with regards to task disputes, user reports, profile verifications and upcoming events. 
  • Planning and coordinating events such as board meetings, appointments and employee events.
  • Issuing student payments & ensuring every student receives their payments on time.
  • Customer service management, conducted through the company’s online website chat, email and in app messaging platform.
  • A point of contact for other employees.

Skills:

  • Good computer skills.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone to sell our SHOUT offering to businesses. Simple as that. As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you’ll strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible. We have the world’s largest pool of student influencers, and it’s growing rapidly. Our concept is straight forward but exciting, and you will love selling it.

Your day to day:

  • Contacting both in-bound enquiries and reaching out to brands you feel will be a good match for SHOUT.
  • Building good working relationships.
  • Communicating with the campaign managers who will be running the campaigns that you sell.

 Responsibilities:

  • Harness your existing connections and relationships with brands.
  • Build up your black book of contacts.
  • Understand the needs of the business customer, and understand how our student influencers can best be used for them, so you can sell to them with ideas already in place.
  • Research the market and related products. Know exactly who we are up against, what their strengths and weaknesses are, and work with the team to finesse our offering.
  • Present the SHOUT offering in a structured professional way, both on Zoom calls and face-to-face pitches.
  • Perfect the way we approach businesses, and how we sell it.
  • Negotiate on price and deliverables.
  • Record sales in the management system.
  • Represent the company at events and demo’s.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Skills:

  • Ability and desire to SELL.
  • Strong verbal communication skills when conversing to colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, and emerging social media platforms; up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Work experience

  • Experience in selling to large global brands is ideal, but if you don’t have that please still apply as we will train you. When we started we didn’t have the experience either, and we learnt how over time. It can be the same for you.
