After you post your research project, we start alerting students who fit your criteria, and they apply. Unlock your applicants with a 10% deposit (capped at £50) to view their profiles and chat, then hire the one you like. Your deposit goes towards the payment, which is held securely until you confirm the job is done.

You set your own budget, and posting is free. Students send their offer based on your budget. When you hire, you pay their offer plus a 6% service fee, and your unlock deposit comes off the total.
