How do i withdraw credit?
Credit that you get from promo codes, or from referring friends to the app cannot be withdrawn as cash. It can only be used on the app through purchasing services.
How do I start earning money?
Once you’ve downloaded the app and completed the on-boarding process, you will be shown the job board. When you try and accept your first task you will be asked to verify that you are student, and then will be asked to enter your sort code and account number. This is just so we can pay your earnings straight into your personal bank account. Once you’ve done these things, you’re ready to accept jobs and start earning.
What are task alerts?
When you sign up as a student, we ask you to set task alerts from a list of different categories. By selecting a service, you are turning on an alert, meaning every time a task in that category is posted, you will be alerted. You can decide if you want to be alerted by push notification or by email. You can edit these from your Account > Task Alerts.
How much does it cost to use Unidosh?
While it’s free to sign up to the platform, UniDosh will take a 10% service fee for each task completed. For example, if a student offers £50 to complete a task and the offer is accepted, before the money is paid into your bank account UniDosh will take a £5 fee, leaving the student with £45.
Can customers rebook me?
Yes, if someone wishes to rebook you, they can do so with one click.They just need to go to their Activity page and find you in their Hired section and press Re-book. Once a re-booking request has been sent to you, you will be asked to accept the task again. Once confirmed the buyer will receive their booking confirmation.

You can still post remote tasks from any location, worldwide.
Do I have to bring my own equipment?
Depending on the service you’re providing, you may choose to bring along your own equipment, however it is not obligatory. It is down to both parties to discuss and come to an agreement as to what equipment will be brought along or provided. Please use the UniDosh messaging system to clarify these issues.
